Most recently, Jenni served as a member of the Artemis II closeout crew, acting as an Astronaut Support Person, performing last checks inside the Orion capsule Integrity before launch. She also acted as an immediate family escort and Artemis capsule communicator, or capcom, the critical voice link between the ground teams and the crew in space.
