Michigan State University’s College of Engineering welcomed seven faculty in Spring 2025. Interim Dean of Engineering John Papapolymerou said that these additions will help the growing student body become innovative and solution oriented.

The Michigan State University College of Engineering celebrated Engineering Design Day on Dec. 6, 2024. The event, now in its 31st year, showcased student projects from the Departments of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

The panel included Josh Siegel, assistant professor of computer science and engineering, and electrical and computer engineering; Garth Motschenbacher, director of employer relations; and Tamara Reid Bush, associate dean for inclusion and diversity and professor of mechanical engineering.

Michigan State University will host advanced degree and baccalaureate Commencement ceremonies for more than 390 College of Engineering students this weekend at the Breslin Center.
