Dual Ph.D. Programs

The Michigan State University College of Engineering offers dual Ph.D. degree programs in collaboration with prestigious technological institutions around the world. Students complete part of their graduate curriculum with Michigan State Engineering and part with the collaborating institution, culminating in one thesis. Upon completion of all requirements, the student earns separate Ph.D. degrees from Michigan State University and the collaborating institution.

Students in the dual-enrollment programs have access to the best science and technology resources at both institutions and benefit from collaborating with engineering students, faculty and researchers from both regions of the world.
