Biography

Matt worked for 16 years at McCleer Power, Inc. in prototype research and development for electric machines, drives, and control software. His work at McCleer exposed him to all areas of power research, from alternative energy to the automotive industry to aerospace and beyond. He started as a technician, and is presently finishing his PhD in electrical engineering, focusing on machine cooling.
