Yiying Tong is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Prior to joining MSU, he worked as a postdoctoral scholar at Caltech. He received his Ph.D. degree from University of Southern California in 2004. His research focuses on discrete geometric modeling, physically-based simulation/animation, and discrete differential geometry.
