The Michigan State University College of Engineering's Lindsay Naylor was recognized this month for her contributions to supporting student success.

Naylor received Feb. 5 an MSU Outstanding Established Academic Advisor Award for her work as an academic specialist and advisor.

To be considered for the award, advisors have to be in the field for more than three years and serve a primary role directing services to students.

The nomination process required an advisor to have written letters of support from colleagues and at least one student.

Yvonne Morris (College of Arts and Letters) and Monaca Eaton (College of Social Science) were also honored this month.

Morris was given MSU's 2023 Outstanding New Academic Advisor Award and Eaton received the Outstanding Advising Administrator Award.
