The College of Engineering’s premier academic event of the semester – Design Day – has been featured in Spartan Magazine, MSU’s quarterly publication for alumni, donors and friends.
The magazine, which is sent to more than 50,000 readers, highlights the importance of the tradition that began in 1994.
Design Day showcases the latest technological advances and research created by Spartan Engineering students.
The magazine shares details on the work that 694 students on 132 teams had on display at Fall 2023 Design Day.
Among that group were 435 graduating seniors who presented their final projects, including 67 sponsored by corporate and community partners.
The college’s Engineering Building also hosted a competition for 140 high school students. Read more on Design Day and see the Fall 2023 winners here.
The next Design Day, celebrating the event's 31st year, will feature projects from students who will graduate in May. It will be held Friday, April 19.
