Two undergraduates in the Michigan State University College of Engineering have been nominated for the nationally competitive Churchill Scholarship.
The scholarship supports one year of master’s study in engineering, mathematics, or the sciences at Churchill College, University of Cambridge, England. Up to 16 American students are offered the international study opportunity each year. MSU has produced 18 Churchill Scholars.
MSU’s nominees are:
- Poulomi Dey, an Honors College senior majoring in computer engineering.
- Rachel Schenck, an Honors College senior majoring in materials science and mechanical engineering. Schenck is also nominated by MSU for Rhodes and Marshall scholarships.
