Supporting Women in Engineering

Lynn Frostman ('90) recognized for creating new engineering scholarship

Lynn Frostman received a Snyder Giving Society memento from Engineering Dean Leo Kempel when she visited MSU in February.

Scholarship support for students participating in Women in Engineering was celebrated recently when Lynn Frostman (BS CHEM EGR '90) visited the college.

She and her husband, Mike, have created the Frostman and ZumMallen Scholarship for Engineering.

While on campus, she offered an inspiring breakfast keynote address for Alumni Distinguished Scholar students visiting the college. Also during her visit, Engineering Dean Leo Kempel presented her with a Snyder Giving Society memento.

Lynn and Mike Frostman live near Houston, where she is the senior vice president of research and development with Newpark Fluids Systems. She regularly volunteers her time as a speaker and mentor for women in STEM careers.
