Engineering Student Named Marshall Scholarship Nominee

Zachary Christiansen, a fourth-year engineering student, is one of nine undergraduates and three alumni from Michigan State University nominated for the 2025 Marshall Scholarship. This prestigious award provides support for up to 44 of the most outstanding students in the United States to study at any university in the United Kingdom. MSU has produced 20 Marshall scholars to date.

Zachary Christiansen

Christiansen is majoring in materials science and engineering with a manufacturing concentration in the College of Engineering. A resident of Ypsilanti, Michigan, he attended Skyline High School. 

The Marshall Scholarship recipients will be announced in the coming months.
