Dr. Volodymyr Tarabara is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has Ph.D. and MS degrees in Environmental Engineering from Rice University (Houston, Texas). He also received Doctor honoris causa from the Agricultural University of Georgia in Tbilisi and holds an Adjunct Professor position at Istanbul Technical University.
