Each fall and spring semester, sign up to be matched with an employer for a one-day experience—available either in person or virtually. Each experience is tailored to the participating organization and may include activities such as shadowing an engineer, touring a facility, participating in meetings or team huddles, networking with employees, learning about projects, attending engineering or intern panels, informational interviews, or gaining insight into the hiring process. Some employers may also provide opportunities to observe or participate in testing or other hands-on activities.
This is a great opportunity to explore engineering careers, build your professional network, gain insight into different industries, and make valuable connections for future internship or full-time opportunities. The experience will be scheduled directly between you and the employer based on your mutual availability.
