Biography

Dr. Bradley Marks, P.E., leads an interdisciplinary research team focused on food safety engineering, particularly microbial inactivation modeling and improving methods for validating pathogen control processes for ready-to-eat foods (including low-moisture foods, meat/poultry, and fresh produce).
