Biography

Dr. Struck has 24 years of water resources and energy-water nexus planning, design, and implementation experience providing strategic and technical leadership for public and private clients across North America. Building upon 20 years of private consulting, Scott currently leads the National Laboratory of the Rockies Integrated Water Systems group. Scott’s work focuses on addressing technical and economic challenges of water supply and wastewater treatment using combinations of passive and active treatment integrated with alternatively powered, and grid connected technologies.
