Biography

Navid Yazdi’s research focuses on advancing the performance and capability of edge computing by integrating advanced AI and deep learning, AI-IoT sensing technologies, hardware–software co-design, and heterogeneous integration. Dr. Yazdi brings more than two decades of experience across academia, Fortune 500 companies, and startups, with extensive research and development contributions in high-performance semiconductor chips, embedded hardware–software systems, IoT technologies, and MEMS sensors as well as wafer-scale integration and packaging. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
