Biography
Navid Yazdi’s research interests include high-performance analog-digital ICs for edge AI, AI-IoT embedded systems, and wafer-scale heterogeneous integration and system-in-package. He has extensive research and development experience in high-performance semiconductor chips, embedded hardware-software systems, IoT technologies, and MEMS-based wafer-scale integration and system-in-package, gained through ... over 20 years of work in academia, Fortune 500 companies, and startups. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
