and Technology (NIST) under an NSF INTERN grant. Dr. Jin also received his dual M.Sc. degrees in Civil Engineering and Natural Resources and Environment from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and his B.Eng. in Structural Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a member of Sigma Xi and Chi Epsilon and a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Michigan and Maryland. Dr. Jin developed his interest in resilient, smart, and sustainable infrastructure materials through his academic research and industry experience. He is hoping to impact the concrete industry with novel sustainable technologies.
